Returns at BundleRigs are simple: you have 14 days to cancel your order, starting from the day it’s delivered. Here’s how it works in plain English.
How returns work
- Tell us within 14 days. Let us know you want to cancel within 14 days of the day your order is delivered.
- Send it back within another 14 days. Once you’ve told us, you have a further 14 days to send the items back.
- We refund within 14 days. We refund you within 14 days of getting the items back, including the original standard delivery cost.
- Return postage. You pay for return postage, unless the item is faulty.
That gives you time to set up your new PC, try your games and make sure everything suits you – without rushing.
How to start a return
Email sales@bundlerigs.co.uk with your order number and the items you’d like to return. We’re here Mon–Sat 9am–6pm and we’ll reply with the next steps.
Packing your return
Gaming PCs and monitors are heavy and delicate, so pack them carefully. The original boxes and packaging are ideal, which is why we suggest keeping them for a few weeks after delivery. Include all the accessories, cables and manuals that came with the order, and use a tracked, insured service so you can prove the parcel arrived.
Faulty items
If something arrives faulty or develops a fault, it’s covered by our 3-year parts and labour warranty and by your rights under UK consumer law. You don’t pay return postage for faulty items. See our warranty page for how to make a claim.

Returns on accessories
The same 14-day returns terms apply to accessories such as monitors, keyboards, mice, mousepads, controllers and streaming kits. Please return them unused where possible, with all original packaging and parts.
Before you send it back
If something isn’t working as you expected, email us first – many problems can be solved in a few minutes. Common examples include a monitor plugged into the motherboard instead of the graphics card, a refresh rate left at 60Hz in Windows display settings, or a driver update that needs to finish. If we can’t fix it together, we’ll guide you through a return or a warranty repair, whichever suits you best.
Why we keep returns simple
Buying a gaming PC online is a big decision, and we want you to feel confident doing it. Clear returns terms mean you can order, set everything up at home and try your favourite games before deciding. If it isn’t right, you can send it back within the timescales above and get your money back, including the original standard delivery cost.
Our returns terms sit alongside your statutory rights. They don’t replace them, and they don’t affect the separate 3-year parts and labour warranty that covers faults on every gaming PC and bundle.
Keep your order details handy
Your order number is in the order confirmation email we send when you place your order, and in the Orders section of My Account if you checked out with an account. Including it in your email means we can find your order straight away and reply faster.
